We welcome up to two pets per apartment. A one-time pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent of $30 per pet apply. All pets must receive prior approval from management. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Terriers, Alaskan Malamutes, Husky–Pit Bull mixes, German Shepherds, Cane Corsos, Chows, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Mastiff–Pit Bull mixes, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, Doberman–Pit Bull mixes, Siberian Huskies, Terriers, Wolf Hybrids, all aggressive breeds, and mixes of those breeds. Please contact our Leasing Office for complete pet policy details.
Smoking is prohibited inside all apartments and throughout the community, including all indoor and outdoor common areas. Violation of this policy constitutes a lease violation and may result in lease enforcement, including fines and/or termination of tenancy.
